Could you share any screenshots or videos around the issue so we can help investigate what's exactly happening and try and look for a fix? If you could also share things around your PC specs, that'd be helpful too.

hi, thank you for responding, I currently only have a picture of "PROclient.exe is not responding" on my phone, my specs are RTX 5090, Ryzen 7 9800x3d , 48gb cl28-36-36-96 6000mhz trident z5 royal neo on 1 stick. no OC, just stock specs currently, basic IPS screen. this issue is recurring from before i got this new system.
