game constantly crashes and has booted me out of two battles at this point, muted game sounds before logging in and no help.

Could you share any screenshots or videos around the issue so we can help investigate what's exactly happening and try and look for a fix? If you could also share things around your PC specs, that'd be helpful too.

hi, thank you for responding, I currently only have a picture of "PROclient.exe is not responding" on my phone, my specs are RTX 5090, Ryzen 7 9800x3d , 48gb cl28-36-36-96 6000mhz trident z5 royal neo on 1 stick. no OC, just stock specs currently, basic IPS screen. this issue is recurring from before i got this new system.

it just crashed on yet another battle after not crashing anywhere else for a couple days. this is totally unacceptable and the fact you're not answering my second comment doubly so.

was going to win a battle and another crash, there needs to be some mechanism to handle crashes like stalling the battle, including in case a crash happens when catching a form or something, like on a log out in case it's a crash with a message like "username has logged out, please wait a minute for relogin" and have the game recognise/handle it respectively.
