Dear administrators,

 

I have created my account about 30 minutes ago. I receive an error showing "Invalid Username or Password" while trying to log in the PRO Client App.

 

I have tried reinstalling many times, I have changed my password several times and, I have requested a free server transfer. None of these worked.

 

For the password I have changed it to alphanumerical, I have reduced the number of characters as well.

 

Nothing seems to work.

Also, can you tell me which version of the client do you have installed?

Could you do me a favor and try to create another account under the same email address?
Try to login with that one and let me know if it works.

I created the account under Vambassador username. I clicked on the verify email, I went back to login but I get the same error.

This is the first time I saw this happen to a player.

I've forwarded this in hopes of getting to the bottom of this issue.

I'll update you as soon as I get new information.

Hey there, we suspect that there might be a character in your password that the game client can't recognize.

Could you please try changing the password to be numerical only?

I'm not 100% sure, but let's keep it regular, between 5 and 15 numbers.
