I have discovered a bug in the game where you are able to swap a non-fainted pokemon (only poke in party) with a fainted one. This was done from the PC and it leaves you able to move around with no usable pokemon in your team.

I'm very sorry you've encountered this. This situation is not part of intended gameplay, has been forwarded to the devs to be fixed, and will be fixed. Thank you!
In the meantime, I recommend you talk to Nurse Joy and get your Pokémon healed up for free!
