Bug – Can't access S.S. Anne even after Billy's quest

**In-game username**: Calispor

**Server**: Silver

**Description**:

Hello,

I’m currently stuck in Vermilion City. I completed the quest by giving the book to Billy inside the house, and now he only says: *“Have you enjoyed the cruise yet?”*. However, I have **never boarded the S.S. Anne**, and the ship is still at the dock. I also **do not have the S.S. Ticket** in my inventory.

I tried re-logging, talking to Billy again, and speaking with the NPC at the dock, but nothing works. The S.S. Anne is still blocking access to the gym, and I can't progress.

Could you please help fix this issue or reset the quest on my account?

Thank you very much 🙏

I have the same problem, I'm stuck in Vermillion City. I did Bill's quest. Thank you for helping us.

Hey, its not an item that is shown in your bag.

You are probably talking to the wrong NPC at Vermilion City to board the S.S Anne. Make sure to check the Officer NPCs south at the Dock. If that doesnt help can you send a screenshot of the NPC you are talking to and the dialogue?
