Yo.
So sense ursaluna been released like half a year ago, i pre evolved mine before learning fire punch. Where apparantly the technology of teaching the move after evolving didnt release with the pokemon back then. So i decided to wait until it get patched up. 
Well been like more then half a year and apparantly it havnt been fixed yet. So is there possible of manual de-evolve it for me so i can play it or is there a time table for when the fix comes? 
Or do i check in and see if its patched up at xmas?

I know this is frustrating and I apologize for the wait. The plan as you know is for the Fire Punch TM to be available to allow Ursaluna to learn it without needing to train before evolving! The devs are actively working on an update that it along with so much more stuff, but I can't give an ETA on its addition. 

 

Unfortunately, for now the only thing I can ask is that you patiently wait for the day they do add it, since we do not have the necessary tools to perform devolutions.

I mean its alrdy been like half a year.
And yeah the update might be coming very soon, which would make my reply stupid in hindsight. 
But it has alrdy been like half a year... and you essentially replied with the astrella copy-pasta / nothing-burger.
It could be fixed tmr or it could be years, and meanwhile im sitting here twisting my thumbs with a "ruined product" because it wasnt shipped out "correctly". Ya telling me there rly isnt a simpler solution/band aid?

Saying you dont have the necessary tool to perform a de-evolution dosnt fill me with confidence that a update will be added in a good time frame XD.
