I'm really sorry that you were unable to complete the trade...

 

Unfortunately we are not able to track this at all on our end, or find the other user involved in the trade. It is possible that the person you were trading with posted something in trade chat or on the forums about it, and so you may be able to find them by looking around or keeping an eye out in game.

 

I'm sorry I'm not able to assist you in this any more than that, but is there anything else I can assist you with?
