Im a returning player, and after i tried to logg in ,my game crashes. even after repeating it still crashes every time. 
I made a new account and with this one i have no issues at all.
Could you please check if my main got banned for some reason.

    Hey,

     

    I'm extremely sorry you're having this issue! 

     

    Right now there is a bug in PRO which causes crashes very similar to what you are describing, and it's caused by in-game sound oddly enough! I recommend you try going into options within the client and muting all sound sources if possible. This bug is not typical for PRO and the next client update is going to have a possible fix for this precise issue.

     

    Please let me know if this does not solve your issue,
