Also, I can't seem to access subways, I'm 100% sure I have completed these quests around 4-5 years ago. Additionally, I don't see a bike on your account either... In any case, to begin the bike quest head on over to the house directly to the right of the Vermillion PC and talk to Samuel! I'm sure the bike quest was finished, as for the bike, I might have deleted it . I don't have much free time these days, but yeah, I'll try to do the bike quest once convenient.
