Even though I defeated the NPC, it has not disappeared and is blocking the way. I cannot continue the quest.

I am sorry you are dealing with this issue. I have a few troubleshooting questions:

• Have you tried going back upstairs and coming down?
• Have you tried logging out and logging back in?
• Have you tried exiting the client entirely and loading the game back up fresh?

 Has the electric barrier on the left side of the room gone down as this NPC no longer disappears. If so are you able to proceed through that path?

Have you found the hidden remote-controller in the room to the left of where this screenshot? If not in the green outlined box in the provided screenshot. This will disable the barriers here and allow you to proceed.

I did what you said and it actually opened, but the quest does not continue in any way because the NPCs are buggy. The place that should normally be opened after talking to the NPCs does not open.

It's still not fixed. I'm waiting to hear from you. Is there a possibility of resetting the mission? Will my mission remain like this?

Have you defeated all npc ? Without defeating you cant go further

Yes, I beat them all but it's the same
