So i got Soul Bound Thundurus reroll ticket just few minutes ago from pvp chest and when i was about to reroll,  i actually rerolled i see the preview of its stats changing but then i log out accidently and when i log in i lost my Souls  thundurus ticket and my stats got back to how they were before . i hope either ways can u guys change the stats back to after i reroll or give me my reroll ticket back

I am really, really sorry to hear what happened to you... Have you checked the NPC you rerolled the ticket on to see if it lets you load the reroll you applied?

 

I'm sorry to say that there isn't anything else that we can do on our end. There isn't a way to verify that this happened, so for instance if someone had a ticket, used it but got a bad roll, they could just have us give him a free ticket to try again.

you just need to load the previous IV's cuz you effectively declined it when logging out mid dialogue
