I caught dratini kangaskan and chansey and when i speak to him i click on dratini and he rights kangaskan and chansey and then he ask me if i am sure that i caugt all three.All three they say OT Trecera.

I think it is important that you caught all three AFTER you started the quest. Could it be that you caught one of them before you spoke to him the first time?

You can not catch legendarys , only catchable legendarys are mew and celebi .

Yeah I know that, but why do you write it here? Dratini, Kangaskhan and Chansey are no legendarys
