i was in the articuno cave , when i go to fight whith him the server go down and when i log in again he's gone and i cant get her information in the dex ! S: :Angry:

unfortunately , if server crash/rollback we cannot do anything , staff cannot return anything to u , im so sorry about ur articuno data dex :Shocked:

In this game, a part from Mew and Celebi (with high playtime in game required), no legendary is catchable, so all the legendaries you fight in game are just for data dex purpose. You are not able to catch Articuno. So, as listed said, go to the Oak's Lab in Pallet Town to recover the lost data.
