If the auction took place on the Silver Server and you’re also on Silver, you should coordinate directly with the owner to arrange a suitable time for the trade. Trade Moderators are not required to enforce trades unless absolutely necessary. Even if it takes a few days or a week, just stay patient and find a time that works for both of you. You can organise the trade through Discord or by adding the player in-game - it’s usually manageable without moderator involvement. Only if the seller (or buyer) is unresponsive, unwilling, or made a fake offer should you report the thread.
