ayroo Get Stuck at The Lake Trio Quest

Dear Pokémon Revolution Online Support Team,
I am writing to resolve the issue of my account not being able to continue with The Lake Trio quest.
I have watched many videos on how to catch the Lake Trio but it did not work at all. I would like to know what I did wrong and how to get Dex Palkia.
I have full Sinnoh dex except Palkia and Regigigas. I talked to the TV at my house and then I went to Eternal City and searched for the items as instructed, I only found Dread Plate, the other 2 items Adamant Orb and Lustrous Orb I did not find.
I need instructions on how to get Dex Palkia so I can continue with The Lake Trio quest.

After talking with the Dr. and Dawn, I went home and interacted with the TV

I went to Eternal City and searched for the items as instructed

I'm really sorry about that, currently you and several other users are experiencing the same very real bugs with the lake trio quest and the content scripting team is actively investigating. 

 

Though I don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, I will reply with a comment here to let you know!

Hey,

I don't remember when I will have the Dex for Dialga and Arceus. I think I fought a boss with Dialga and Arceus, like Ashwestbrook. I think there should be Palkia in the boss lineup so that players can have its Dex.
