@Doakes I'd love some information here. if I can be sent back to silver and have my free transfer available ill not bid here again. 
but if by following the rules perfectly I got punished ill keep on bidding.

since the auction was extended to another hour id love to know before the hour ends if possible.

Hi sorry for the later response,  I had to leave for a little bit. Unfortuantely we cannot refund the free transfer. Onto your first point, they didnt not adhere to this, it was the original end point of the auction actually, they ended the auction around 20mins before the actual end time. Your last bid was almost when the 15 min rule would come into affect. Yes they where told before, but still ended up in a mishandled auction. To give all bidders a fair chance the auction was extended (e.g people see the auctioneer has sold the pokemon so they wont bid etc)

Sorry I was wrong in the way they violated the rules in but they did violate them knowingly.  as we can see in this auction I am currently the only one who is being "punished" I do not think its fair but I know at this point nothing can be done about it, its just frustrating that there is nothing that can be done to fully reverse so I benefit from that reverse as well( by that I mean sending me to silver back and giving me my free transfer back). I believe I was wronged here.
