Hey, so i want to check my sinnoh playtime and caught data for lake trio and heatran quest but for some reason prof rowan is locked on about decrypting an a message to find correspondance . how do i fix this , am i caught in between  some unfinished quest? or any other problem??

Hey there I am done on the quest for the most part with seen data of all legendaries I just need to complete my pokedex with Evo data but I want to check my sinnoh caught data what is the reason for Rowan to be locked on this dialogue ?
