Cresselia Quest

I cant start Cresselia Quest 

When i talk with Rowan, he dont start Q as Guide. Pls help me

In June of 2025 numerous quests requirements were updated, including the Cresselia Quest. Those changes can be seen in the Content Update Logs.

 

To start the Cresselia Quest, you need to have all of the non-legendary caught data for Sinnoh and also be the Sinnoh Champion. 

 

According to our database, you are missing the caught data for the following Pokemon: 

• Stunky
• Skuntank
• Drapion
• Rhyperior
• Electivire
• Magmortar
• Probopass

Once you acquire this caught data, try again to begin the quest.

I watched some tutorials on youtube but didn't see any notes about the condition of seen pokedex. Now I can start the Quest. Thank you very much for your kind help
I also had a bug with pokedex data recently. The pokemon I had evolved or seen before were lost. But I found out and did it again.
