Hello, I made a mistake. I sent items from my old account to my new account via the mailbox. My old account is Gold Server, and I accidentally started my new account at Silver Server. Now I've changed to Gold Server with my new account, but the items aren't there. Is there anything I can do?

My old Account is Undacover and my new one Undacover95

I apologize for the delay in response. To confirm, you did the things in the following order:

  1. Sent items from the old account to the new account (not yet created)
  2. Created the account that you sent the items to
  3. Logged in on Silver Server instead of Gold Server with the new account
  4. Brought the old account from Gold Server to Silver Server
  5. Checked mail and it is not there.

Are these steps and the order of the steps correct?
