I apologize for these issues.

 

To try to resolve this, could you delete PRO and download the latest installer. The latest installer can be acquired here.

 

Once you have the reinstalled the game via the latest installer, see if that fixes the issues. If it doesn't could you provide me with the following information:

  • How often this occurs?
  • When does it occur?
  • What client are you using?

    I try to reinstal pro more than 3-4 times and its still occurring 

     

    earlier its use to show some frnd are online but now its show no one is online 

    I have no idea how its occur 

    iam using client on Mac 

     

    + i  want to add that  if I use my frnd acc on same client  then his frnd I can see are online and its working fine  this problem only occurring in my acc : madhavxdark
