  1. I have a problem since since two months ago maybe. Each time I'm trying to connect to my accounts in PRO on wifi, I got a proxy error, however, if I use the data from my phone I can get it through. I tried to restart the client, I tried to changes the setting of the firewall but nothing can help. Can you help me please?
     

I had this issue too and tried with a active VPN and worked.

 

If you have the opportunity to have one, recommend you to try.

I was getting stuck on the loading screen for ages and couldn't figure out why. Restarting the client after following your steps finally worked.

I'm really sorry about the long delay in help! This particular issue has been one that the devs have been working very hard on addressing via various updates since the Xmas event. The issue you (and many others) had should now be mostly fixed, but there will be more additional updates made to address this particular hangup on player connections.
