Game crashed mid pvp battle and autowalk

Hello sir recently after the new Christmas update my game crashed many times mid pvp battle and due to this my rating is getting down and I get frustrated due to this please do something about it.. 

 

 

Aslo after the recent update my character Autowalking after a done a noc fight or go outside from poke centre please resolve these two bugs...

My apologies for the inconveniences you have experienced. It is important for us that all players can have fun and enjoy the game without crashing. With that being said, crashes are a part of every game and we can never fully be rid of them. After the December update, it is no secret that the game was very laggy and was crashing often, that has since been remedied, but nonetheless, sometimes it will still happen. Unfortunately, this is something that we don't have full control over.

Ever since the update, our Dev team has been working tirelessly to find out the source of the issues and resolve them. Luckily, they managed to fix most of the issues, but some players are still reporting they are facing issues. Rest assured, I will let the Devs know that you are having these problems as well.

Additionally, the auto-move bug is also something the Dev team are aware of. I can't give you an exact date or even a timeframe of when it will be fixed, but the Dev team does know about it.
