Hello, i am aware we can use the request chat for restoring pokemons, however i have no ID of this one. Yesterday i obtained Lunala legend from Birth Island, but i remember i also have gotten a Solgaleo before on my alt "Getsugo" here is proof: image.png.b496d2f69ba3c702c9f2c534e0a4e694.png

I dont have this legend in my PC box. And i cant recatch it either i think, cuz it was on birth island. Is there a way for me to retrieve this legend?

Yes, I see the missing pokemon on your alt account and I will restore it to your account! I will need you to be offline to restore the pokemon, so please send me a message here when you have done so. Otherwise, I will periodically check the online status of your alt and restore Solgaleo when I see that you have logged off.
