Hey there,
ive used this account years ago and recently got into PRO again.
I still had some coins left and thought i could mail the MS Medallion (30 days) to my new account, but clearly that doesnt work.
Can i get a refund on it to buy cosmetics/coin capsule that i can send to my new account with the 150 coins i used for the MS Medallion?

The 30 day MS medallion should be mailable. Are you sure you are filling out the mail correctly? If you cannot mail it, can you please provide a screenshot of the error you receive when trying to do so?

Ok, I see. My mistake. 

Instead of mailing it, can you try trading it directly to your other account? You can open two clients and log into your two accounts and trade between them.

Alternatively, you can find a friend to serve as a middle-man to trade it to you. If you do pick this route, be very careful with who does it and make sure to take screenshots of everything that will serve as proof.
