Bug Report: Unable to catch Reshiram

Hello,
I would like to report a bug encountered while playing Pokémon Revolution Online.
While attempting to catch Reshiram, the game displays the message: "You don't have enough space to catch another Pokémon."
However, this seems incorrect:
I have available space in my Pokémon Storage (as shown in the attached screenshot).
My party is not full in a way that should prevent the capture.
Despite this, the game completely blocks the capture attempt.
This issue occurred at: Location: Dragonspiral Tower (Reshiram encounter) Time: As shown in the screenshots (local time visible in UI)
I have attached screenshots as proof:

Please investigate this issue, as it prevents progression and legendary capture.

Apologies for the issue you are experiencing.

 

This is a known issue due to new PC update and will require a complete legendaries space box rework.

 

What I recommend you to do to be able to catch Reshiram and any legendaries in the future is to clean your PC to 849 or less, you can see how much pokemon you own via your Trainers Card.
