trouble evolving sneasel hisui to sneasler

i have a 100 level sneasel hisui that wont evolve with mysterious candy. ive tried fainting it.. ive tried reopening client.. i even tried the candy on a regular level 100 sneasel non hisui version and it worked on it.. what am i doing wrong

From what I see using Reborn bot, it's currently night time in PRO.

 

And as stated here and screen I provided behind, Sneasler only evolve during day time while holding a Razor Claw.

So, you will have to wait daytime in PRO, remind that 12 minutes in real-life is 1 hour in game and daytime start at 10am and end at 20 to be able to evolve your Hisuian Sneasel into Sneasler!
