ayroo I trolled my Christmas Crobat

I had caught a Christmas zubat a while back in mt. moon and have been using it. I just went to celadon city mart and was interacting with all the npc's when I see a npc called Collector Joro. I start talking with him and he says to show him a special pokemon which I have the Christmas Zubat, here I think he is going to give me a prize for having it but instead I lose it and he gives me 5 PvE coins. I didnt want to make this deal I assumed he gives me the coins for just having the pokemon! What do I do now? Can I get my pokemon back?

P.S. - Some info about the crobat it had infiltrator ability and jolly nature while being lvl42. I dont remember the ivs however.
