Everything I see online says he should appear, but i hear a bug makes him not show up. What should i do, im just trying to get to sinnoh. In the mean time, can you please try going down from the Lilycove City pokecenter and entering the dockhouse? Inside, please check if there is an Alakazam to speak to on the right side inside.
