Hello! I have submited a 140+ ivs poke today and contest judge have not unlocked genesect. Anyone knows why can it happen? I meet time req too if it still on. Thank you in advance!

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues. 

 

Have you tried to enter the room in the top right corner of the Bug Catching Contest Hall? Genesect resides there and after turning in a Pokemon with 140 IV to the contest judge you should have been granted access to this room. 

 

If you are unable to enter that room, could you provide me with a screenshot of any text that appears when denied entry. That would greatly help in further troubleshooting.

you First have to speak to the Guy in the Hall over the Bug catching Contest i think

I tried talk to him now and there isnt any different dialogue to start any quest or something like that. Talked to all npcs on bcc but nothing. Thank you for the try! @Richieamg

then i dont know, caught Mine Yesterday without any Problem...

I submit this one today.

 

 

And still have no acces to Genesect....

 

I'm doing something wrong or i have a bug in account?
