Dear staff,

I have a clone, Dawn06, and I used it for dex service. I have some tags to sort my pokemons. When I opened storage, all players disapear and I cant contact with players (cant trade, cant battle,...), NPC, maps,... such as a ghost mode. I want the staff team can fix this bug as soon as possible, this affects seriously to my dex service

 

Besides, I suggest to add moving tags. That's mean player can move tag up and down.

I'm very sorry for the delay in getting a response to your post. Before we proceed, can you confirm whether you are still encountering this bug? Other players who have encountered this same bug you've been dealing with have reported that the issue was patched sometime in the last several months.
