Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. -Are you sure the email show in Dashboard is the correct one and there is no misspell error in your mail ? -Have you double clicked on the Here option in the confirmation mail pop-up? Solved the catcha once and got confirmation that mail got sended? Keep in mind to dont spam it or you will be locked. -Have you checked your spam folder in your mail?
