Basically logged into my account a week ago for a fresh start on Gold server, today as it happens I out of curiousity logged into my old toon on Silver server, hes in pewter with no pokedex or pokemon for some reason, if I try to leave Pewter and a battle or trainer triggers I just get teleported to the pokemon center and can't leave pewter city. Can this be looked into and fixed please?

For the time, please do not play any further on your Silver server character. Feel free to continue playing on your Gold character, and DO NOT transfer servers.

Before waiting for a staff ticket, have you tried resetting your password on the dashboard? Sometimes the game client and the website get slightly out of sync. Also, double-check that you're trying to log into the correct server (Silver/Gold) - if you’re an older player returning, you might need to do the account merge on the dashboard first!
