Shinyjoey Posted February 22 Share Posted February 22 Basically logged into my account a week ago for a fresh start on Gold server, today as it happens I out of curiousity logged into my old toon on Silver server, hes in pewter with no pokedex or pokemon for some reason, if I try to leave Pewter and a battle or trainer triggers I just get teleported to the pokemon center and can't leave pewter city. Bomaliza Posted March 6 Share Posted March 6 Before waiting for a staff ticket, have you tried resetting your password on the dashboard? Sometimes the game client and the website get slightly out of sync. Also, double-check that you're trying to log into the correct server (Silver/Gold) - if you’re an older player returning, you might need to do the account merge on the dashboard first!
