Apologies for the issue you are encountering, it's a sad new.

 

Unfortunately, we dont offer these type of service to restore form/normal pokemon you run away by mistake. 

 

It is your own responsability to be careful when you see a pokemon you want to catch. 

That why the pop-up is there to be aware that you have a form.

 

I know it was not the answer you were waiting for and I sincerely apologies, I understand it can be frustating.

 

I'll now proceed to lock the thread but dont hesitate to create another one if you meet any issues, problems etc..
