Just wanted to report you that I recently encountered a bug in a queue Pvp Ranked.

I just picked my Pokemon to start the battle, it appeared "Ready", but at the end it showed me "Wasted".
 

I was streaming it, and it made me lose 19 points.

 

I encountered this bug like 5 minutes ago, and it was against Camionero.

Thank you for taking the time to report this and for explaining what happened, I'd also like to apologize for the delay in a response.

I understand how frustrating it must be to lose points due to something like this, That said, you bringing this up is still very valuable and appreciated.

 

Going forward I strongly recommend reporting this in the Bug Resolution Center on the forums, along with any evidence you may have (such as screenshots or your stream recording).

While i cannot guarantee compensation will be possible, reporting it there helps make sure the issue is properly investigated and can prevent it from affecting other players.

If that is everything, I will go ahead and close this thread.
