NPC "Sailor Jenny" apparently not showing up anywhere (Vermilion, Olivine, Lilycove and/or Canalave). I have no way to access it to start doing the quest.

It is not a bug. 

 

 

Event map is not open yet, you can only hunt the Valentine form in the wild (everywhere except pinkan island).

 

There is no ETA when it will open but I recommend you to check the announcement channel in PRO discord to be noticed when the event map will be open.

I thought it was an issue on my end since I did have a similar one related to Pinkan Island in the past.
