Hey,

 

I apologize for the wait, but you may now retrieve your lost items by speaking with the Item Finder NPC in the Lavender Town Pokecenter! He can be found in the top left of the aforementioned pokecenter behind the counter. Attached below is a screenshot showing the exact spot he is standing!

 

This fix should work for each of your accounts: Wakkito, Dot21, and Wakko16. Your friend Mrweekmaster can also speak to this NPC to retrieve his items, and he will be informed shortly as well!
