Allow PvP on Multiple Servers with the Same Account

The main problem that might appair is whos how many acc posses , but let say that is duable to be seen from moderators part . So from my perspective there is easy solution to the this rule and the affects that follow it . 

Lets say we can see whom where he played last - gold or silver and then switches. We can make additional notes that can avoid the discomfort from the following rule simply like this : The player is allowed to play with same or both accounts on both servers only if he keep playing on the new server till the end of the season at the new server and its not in top 25 at any point of the season .

That way the reward abussing will be avoided because :
-people with only one account if they are not in top 25 wont get more chests than the number they can get by spamming games ( no matter is silver or gold )
-people with 2 acc can switch the servers and get his daily chests on both servers by playing the same amount of games ( of course if they didnt player the same day in both servers or begin in both servers in top 25)

At the end i must say this - It will work for the good of the PvP because will allow to the same players to play more freely on gold or silver getting same amount of rewards that can be done by spamming games, but  only :

-if the moderators can track who when it played his games and how many acc he owns
-people follow the rule to not play for daily chests same day in both servers and not begin on top 25 ladder in both servers 
- if the both mentioned above things are duable, tat can bring more free to the players who at middle season want to switch the servers without to be forced for rank dropp from the moderators side
