does anyone know how to obtain the following Special Poké Balls , or are they not available yet?

Hey,

 

Though most of the balls in those images are currently unobtainable, the 3rd image you linked is of Gardevoir sitting on a Goomy ball, which is obtainable as a choice reward on day 6 of the Celadon Daily!
