Just to confirm, the way to evolve it into Bloodmoon is to use a Peat Block on Mt. Coronet, right? But Ursaluna-Bloodmon is not a evolution but a totally different pokemon which is not related to normal Ursaluna. Currently the only way to obtain a Ursaluna-Bloodmon was during a outbreak such as the one who happened during Halloween. Hope it clears your issue. Have a wonderful day and a fun time playing PRO.
