Hello pro staff 

So I am basically asking that if I have 2 iv re roll ticket and 3 soul bound re roll ticket. 

So can I start double re roll service with the 2 re roll ticket and than can use my 3 soul bound re roll ticket for double re roll service. I am confused on that matter can you please elaborate your answer.

To answer your question, yes you can use your normal reroll ticket in the double IVs ticket service but the soulbound one will not count in the double IVs ticket reroll dur to the reason that soulbound are obtainable via many way such as PvP chest, quest, daily etc... So they are not counted.
