Ayva quest

Hello dear PRO staff members I finished the salamencite quest then talk to Ayva who suddenly started a stolen bag quest,I found her bag and brought it back to her but she's not taking it what do I do?

After retrieving Ayva’s bag, please make sure that you are speaking to the correct Ayva at the appropriate location for your current quest stage.

 

If she is not taking the bag, it may indicate that a previous step has not been fully completed or that the quest has not progressed correctly.

 

Could you please provide screenshots showing:
• The bag in your inventory
• The Ayva you are interacting with
• Your current quest dialogue

 

This will help us better identify what might be missing and assist you further.

hello dear beacon thanks for the fast reply. After checking I could not find the item in my inventory but I swear I found the volbeat and batlle it for the bag before getting a dialogue box saying I retrieved it still here's the ayva I'm talking to and the quest dialogue

If the bag is not present in your inventory, it means that the step was not successfully completed. You may need to return to the location where you encountered the Volbeat and interact with it again to retrieve the bag.

 

Please ensure that the encounter fully completes and that the item is received before returning to Ayva.

 

If the issue still persists after retrying this step, please let us know.

@Beacon I did as you said but when I go to the volbeat the dialogue box will only say that it dosen't look friendly

Ayva is part of the Salamencite (Valentine’s) quest, and her interactions depend on your current progress in that quest.

 

Could you please confirm which part of the Salamencite quest you are currently on, and provide a screenshot of your quest dialogue or any recent interactions related to it?

 

This will help us determine if you are at the correct step.

Hello again @Beacon I already finished the salemencite quest like I said in the first post(here's the salamencite in my inventory as a proof) only after that did I went to talk to ayva wich started the stolen bag quest

Thank you for the additional information.

 

For this part of the quest, you will need to interact with the Pokemon around the area until you find the correct one (the culprit). Only the correct interaction will trigger the battle and reward you with the bag.

 

If the Volbeat you are interacting with only shows dialogue and does not start a battle, it means it is not the correct one yet.

 

Please continue interacting with the Pokemon in the area until the correct encounter is triggered. Once you obtain the bag, you will be able to return it to Ayva.

Hello @Beacon like I said earlier I already found the culprit (the one I showed you in the past pictures) that triggered a battle which rewarded me of the bag but the bag is nowhere to be found in my inventory and the volbeat I took the bag from don't do anything anymore and ayva didn't take it from me and act like i failed the quest

Based on the information and screenshots provided, it appears that the quest may not have properly registered the item after completing the encounter.

 

At this point, please try relogging and interacting with Ayva again. If the issue still persists, we recommend creating a report in the Bug Resolution Center under NPC & Scripting Bugs with your screenshots and details so the appropriate staff members can investigate further.
