The game crashed while I was playing now I can't log back in it says user logged in I changed my password thinking somebody has hacked me plz help

It is not supposed to have two people using the same account. If someone is logged into your account and you connect, the other person will be logged out at home. Maybe someone else in your house is using the game, or perhaps on a cellphone. If you are unsure about all of this, change your password and change the email of the account. In this section, you can also request an email change.

Thanks alot really appreciate the help. I have read on Reddit that there was a problem like mine where my game disconnected and kicked me out I can go into silver server but not gold it says that user is already logged in I need a help from a developer
