QUEST REGIROCK

I'm doing the quest to capture Regirock, I have all three Regis registered in the Pokédex, I have all three Regirock relics, and when I go to the end of the quest to talk to the NPC Ruins Keeper, she won't let me enter the cave to finish the quest. 

 

Can someone please help me?

Option 1 (the monkeys to NPC):

You need to give the three monkeys —Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour— to the NPC. Each one must have at least 90 IV or higher.

Option 2 (the Regis in Hoenn):

Maybe you’re missing registering the three Regis that are in Hoenn, and you need to battle each one to register them properly.

Can someone please help me?

Option 1 (the relics/keys)

It could be that you’re missing the keys —I think they’re called relics— and there are three of them.

Requirements you must meet:

• Have access to Trainers Valley

• Be the Champion of Hoenn

• Have at least 250 hours of gameplay

• Have sighted Registeel, Regice, and Regirock

 

Option 2 (the monkeys with the NPC)

You may need to have the three monkeys —Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour— in your team and then battle the NPC. Each one must have at least 90 IV or higher.

Thank you for your patience.

According to our database, it appears that you have not yet completed the Hoenn Pokedex requirement for the Legendary Titans quest.

To proceed, you must obtain all non-legendary caught data for the Hoenn region. Without this requirement completed, the Ruins Keeper will not allow you to enter the Underground Ruins.

Once your Hoenn caught data is complete, you should be able to continue progressing with the quest as expected.
