Manaphy Quest - Incorrect NPC dialogue

Hello,

 

I'm currently doing Manaphy's quest. I followed the quest order correctly (defeated Captain Phantom and spoke to Walter in Mauville). However, when I speak to Lizabeth, the quest doesn't progress. The NPC dialogue isn't what I expected either. I tried talking to the guard in front of the temple, but he won't let me in. So I'm definitely stuck here. I asked questions in the chat, and some people told me it's a known bug and that I should submit a bug report. So here I am.

Hello @Ikumi!

 

Apologies for the issue you are encountering.

 

It is not a bug, to be able to get Manaphy, you will require these requirements:

 

-Being Hoenn champ

- Have full seen data of Sinnoh pokedex.

 

And from what I see, you still missing some Sinnoh pokemon data, to be able to start the quest you will need to get their data.
