ayroo I'm able to log into the website, but not the game

Hi there, I'm new to this game. I created an account and downloaded the game on macOS last week. I have been able to log into the website without issue in all that time, but I've never been able to log into the game - I get "Invalid username or password" errors every time. I've tried both login options (silver login and gold login) with no success. I even tried changing my password today, and that did not help either. I would appreciate some support for this issue.

Hey I'm sorry you're dealing with this, this is very uncommon and unusual,

 

Could you please reset your password 1 more time and make sure there are no special characters? 

 

If you are copying your password from a text document or similar file, a space will be inserted at the end of the your copied password if you select more than 1 line at a time.
