Groovinchip Posted March 25 Share Posted March 25 Hi there, I'm new to this game. I created an account and downloaded the game on macOS last week. I have been able to log into the website without issue in all that time, but I've never been able to log into the game - I get "Invalid username or password" errors every time. I've tried both login options (silver login and gold login) with no success. I even tried changing my password today, and that did not help either. I would appreciate some support for this issue. Ayroo Posted March 28 Share Posted March 28 Hey I'm sorry you're dealing with this, this is very uncommon and unusual, Could you please reset your password 1 more time and make sure there are no special characters?
