Hello, I bought a Rotom from the PvE Coin Shop for 50 coins. I won the battle, the coins were deducted from my account, but the Pokémon is not in my party or PC (even after relog and searching). My PC is not full. Can you please check the logs?
Server: Silver
Character Name: Idos0

 

I consulted Google before purchasing, and the advice was not to capture, but to win the battle. the capture would happen automatically and the Pokémon would be transferred to the PC. So I did not catch, I won the battle, but the rotom is not on my PC

Unfortunately, we will not recover neither the Pokémon, nor the PvE Coins for the simple reason that you made a mistake. I understand it must be frustrating and I wish we could assist you, but simply put, there is no way for us to verify if you genuinely made a mistake or if you lost connection or just failed to capture it. Furthermore, if you were unsure of the process, you should have verified the information instead of trusting your search results.
