Reward OT change

First of all, thank you for your help with my previous issue. (link above)

 

I’m experiencing another problem with my reward Pokémon. It currently has the OT name “Shaui,” who used to be  a GM.  Because of this, I’m unable to properly save a set or use it as intended.

 

Would it be possible to have the OT corrected?
