Same Z Crystal twice

Hi, 

I’ve just realised that I bought a Z-crystal that I already had (Psychium Crystal)

I bought it with pve coins.

Having two Psychium crystals being worthless, is there any chance to get a refund for this one since I will not use it ?
I don’t think these are tradable items, therefore having 2 in my bag should be a proof of the mistake I made.
